Fun Place for 21 Bday in Los Angeles/ Orange County?

my boyfriend is turning 21. He wants to have a birthday get together or dinner. I need suggestions or place in or around Los Angeles and Orange county. We want to do something fun with drinks. Maybe like dave and busters type atmosphere but open to other suggestion.

the Irvine Spectrum.. lots of restaruants including D&B.. most restaurants turns into clubs at night after dinner time on weekends.

Disney downtown has nice resturants for great dinner, drinks and music also..
