Ok. For the record, i actually despise stereotypes, but my friend got a surprising response when she asked this very question.. so here goes.

Tina's right- in order for you to have 3 horses of your own, and enjoy all the activities which you do, your parents have to be wealthy people. You definitely come from the upper class- and while your parents may not be millionaires, they definitely have a 6 figure income. This is not a stereotype, pal- it's just a statement of fact. Horses are expensive to keep, and it costs a lot of money to take lessons and compete in shows like you do. I live on a farm myself, and I have a horse too, and one of the girls who boards with us has just been accepted on the equestrian team of the local state university- but she is attending on a partial scholarship and the school is leasing her horse from her so she doesn't have to pay the bills for her mare any more. I will be doing some showing of my own in the near future, and I have to pay all my fees myself- and they can get expensive after a while, so I know what I am talking about here.

Golf is not a cheap sport either- there are equipment and greens fees, lesson costs, and in some cases, tournament entry fees. Plus, who drives you to all these things you are in? Transportation costs are also part of this picture, especially now with gas prices so high.  You don't even sound as though you live at home- you sound like a boarding school student to me, which is another very expensive thing your parents are paying for. Tuition at most private boarding schools is enormously expensive- and it doesn't include things like room and board, books, uniforms, your health care, and the myriad other expenses all students have.

In order to fund all this stuff, your parents have to be wealthy- because at your age, you can't work yet or support yourself. Because they are wealthy, you are too- and thus, I would put you in the wealrhy elite of the world. Sorry if you don't like that, but it's the truth.
