Fun art projects for a 3 and 1 year old?

It is raining outside and my kids are bored. Anybody have fun indoor projects i could do with them?

Finger painting is always fun.  Make mini pizzas out of biscuits.  Just flatten the biscuit add sauce, cheese and what ever else they want and bake the time you would normally bake the biscuits. You could also use cookie cutters to make shapes out of the flattened biscuits.  Bake cookies let them decorate them.  You can make musical instruments from just about anything.  All you need is scotch tape.  Hope this helps.
