Check out the Richmond night market.Go to china town.Theres a hindu parade in Burnaby on the 15.Hope that helps a bit .Check out the Georgia straight newspaper it will give you lots of ideas

Do you mean Vancouver, B.C, or Vancouver, Wa?

If you mean the former, I went to a great Japanese restaurant that has a floating sushi bar, which is cool. You sit at a table that is like a long counter that encircles the chef in a big square, and there is a conveyor belt that goes around the table carrying dishes of different kinds of sushi, and each plate is a different color. The chef just makes lots of sushi and puts it on the conveyor belt. When something you like comes around to you, you just take the plate off and eat it, and you are charged according to the color plate you chose. It's pretty neat! I can't remember the name of it, but if you look up Japanese Restaurants in the Yellow Pages, look for one with a "floating sushi bar".

It depends what you mean by "cultural"?  Is opera cultural?  Is eating sushi cultural?  Is attending a Sikh festival cultural?  Is going skiing on the North Shore mountains cultural?
