Fun decor for Black and White room?

Ok I am moving into my sorority house and my roommate and i have decided to do our room in Black and white. We both got really cute/classy looking comforters but they also have polka dots. we are wanting to accent the room with teal and pink! do you have any suggestions for cute things we should add to the room? Im very crafty and actually made my bedding, so if there is anything i could make or redo please feel free to suggest!! thank you so much!

I love those colors.  Now that you have the colors picked out, it's easier than you think to coordinate the room.  Just look for pink and teal whenever you're looking to buy decorations.  

Here are a couple ideas that I have:

The teal is very Tiffanys, so why not have a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" poster?  

If you want to make something, make a message board with criss crossed ribbons.  You can make one for yourself in pink and then one for your roommate in teal (or vis versa)

Why are you limiting your Black and White room to teal and pink?  What's wrong with all the other colors of the rainbow?  They seem to be OK for KODAK, and Polaroid, and Disney, and television, and the Sunday funnies, why not you?
