Fun but not tacky.. Well that's easy - you're describing Sarastro, it's a hoot, the teens will love it, it's definitely not a kids restaurant so that's a plus point, serves proper food - but at reasonable prices, and is hustle, bustle fun. You definitely need to book (it's good therefore it's busy) and sometimes it can take a while to get served.

Oh - or you could try Sticky Fingers' think it's Kensington...
