Question:

Fun & inexpensive anniversary ideas in NJ/NYC?

My husband and I will be celebrating our 5th anniversary next month. Just going out for a nice dinner seems a little boring. We live in North NJ, and we looked into some of those NYC Dinner cruises, but that might be a bit out of our budget. Any ideas for something fun and inexpensive we could do (around $100)?

    Congrats!

  4. Try to do something fun during the day. The Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange just opened a new aviary exhibit and in the past few years they've added a black bear exhibit, a carousel and a few others. It's totally fun and so cheap. There are a lot of great restaurants in that area too. To keep it cheaper, find a BYOB.

    Happy Anniversary!

  5. How about taking a Sopranos film location tour http://www.zerve.com/OnLocation/Sopranos...  Then visit some art galleries in Soho, and drink some wine in washington square.  Then conclude the evening by having s*x in a taxi, or give hubby a BJ on the top of the empire state building.  (I know your husband would like that, because I called him and asked him)
