Fun jumps have to be on grass?

Question

My birthday is tommorrow and my mom has arraged it on the cement--the drive way since the drive way is very big. But on the paper it said it was on grass. But my mom will tell them that it will be on the sideway(where the cars are but the cars will be removed) and it will be okay. Do you think a water slide be okay on the sideway?

--By the way, the it's not a regular fun jump, it's a water slide.
