Fun mystery! Can you identify these items?

Question

One is a generic copy of a painting from back in the days when prints were quite popular. I was wondering if someone could tell me who the artist was.

The other two pictures are of a pendent that is decorated on both sides. Would anybody have any idea of what it is?

I have no idea about the print or what the pendant is for (or if it is for anything), but the symbols on the back of the pendant are the signs of the zodiac.

At least, I think they are. I recognize Pisces and maybe Virgo.
