Fun things to do.. inside outside? anything!

well me and my friend are usually bored we play catch, video games, but after awhile it gets boring, any ideas for stunts/games/or anything to do outside, inside, or whatever, BUT we dont have a pool, a trampoline, and we cant do flips or anything like that.

Get a ladder and get on your roof and when ppl drive by w/ thier windows open or walk/bike by one of you screams MMEEOOWW (LIKE A CAT) It's so funny. and then duck after you say it but still watch the peoples faces because they'll look around. It's so funny. My friends and I did this for an hour!
