Fun things to do when youre bored?

I want to know something creative to do when you have time on your hands. Like something you could make and then end up using. And not too expensive either... Thanks!

I make up creative and well thought out answers to give people an Yahoo Answers. Or I make up drumming patterns so I can later play on my drums, or I try to compose music.

Make chainmail. I've gotten my supplies from theringlord.com and have no complaints except that they're located in the most remote part of Canada so shipping takes a few extra days
