Funding for private training courses

Hi,

Just a quick question to find out if there is any type of funding (government or otherwise) available for private training courses i.e. not through college, but that will still provide professional qualifications?

you can take out a career development loan from a bank or you could apply to charities for funding dependant on what the course is.
