Fundraising for families in utah....?

Question

me and my friends are going to do a fundraiser in utah for anyone in need...we could do it for Gustav but that's not at home. so we just wanted to do it here. if there is anything or anybody that isn't do so well and needs the money for a surgery or leukemia treatments or anything we can raise a ton of money with this fundraiser...

and again PLEASE MAKE IT UTAH

Do not ask your doctor.    That is about as stupid as I have ever heard.   It  is illegal for the doctor to tell you anything like that.   He would loose his medical license.

You can either ask your bishop, or ask the Red Cross.   I used to organize volunteer efforts for me and my friends when I was in high school and the Red Cross always knew of a family in need.

You can also simply read the local section of your newspaper.   They often have articles about families going through rough times with a sick child, house fire, etc.

Call your family doctor. She will know someone in need today.
