Fundraising in Kuwait ?

Hey everyone, so I'm 14 and live in Kuwait. My friends and I want to throw a huge party before June but need a lot of money because we want to throw the party on a big boat or at fancy hotel.

So we want to organize a fund-raising event, but being in Kuwait it seems kind of difficult. Does anybody have any fund raising ideas or know anything about organizing these things in Kuwait ?
