Fungus constantly growing in bathroom?

Question

We constantly have a yellow mushroom which sprouts from the floor in the bathroom, completly gross. Can anyone tell me what it is and if it is dangerous! We know that the bathroom has a damp problem.

i have the same problem. and slugs come inside from somewhere and eat it?? the landlord wont do anything.
