I have recently noticed that on the plants in my fish tank theres these little white/clear things that look like little fiddleheads. now all of my fish developed this clear/white layer of something on them. (i had three goldfish) I thought it was ick so i treated it with Ick Away, but two of my fish still died. Now my living fish has got the same things that are on the plant growing on him!!! PLEASE HELP!!!! :((

  1. Go to your vet

  2. it is probably some type of fungi..you should probably ask a pet store person lol

I had 3 goldfish and they got ich even though i treated them and they still died :(

    idk how to fix that...

  3. Get a fungicide from a petshop. You could describe the condition and they may be able to tell you exactly what you need.

Ich is treated with copper, or methelyne blue, both are pretty hard on your fish. Only use these treatments when there isn't another solution and you are certain you need it.

    Good luck!

  4. ask the pet store take a picture of the fish or take the fish itself into the pet store the workers should be able to identify it right away
