Question:

Funky dreams?

So I've just realised that I haven't actually dreamt in a while, and it makes me kinda sad.

What can I do/eat/drink/take to have some pretty realistic type dreams?

I have no access to drugs where I live, so preferably something that's pretty legal and easily accesible?

  1. Dreams reflect your daily life, so they get intense when life gets intense. When you're facing big-time stress or upheaval, whether good or bad, you will work it out in your dreams.

    If you want to create some drama in your life from nothing, I have actually had some pretty crazy dreams after reading books about psychology and dreams. The book may bring some issues to the surface. Another way would be to reread your diary or write some new, introspective entries.

    Maybe you could also watch some intense movies before bed. Try not to watch horror movies, because the dreams would probably not be good ones.


  2. for one drugs are bad for you and two let the tv stay on as you sleep b/c sometimes thinkgs you hear in real life become your dreams as you sleep
