Funny American Football moment, please help?

I remember quite a while ago seeing a video of a guy running up to his team after scoring in American Football. He launched himself into the air to jump on them all just as they all parted from their huddle and he fell flat on his face!!. It was brilliant but I can't find it anywhere on the net. Can anyone help please??

that was a green bay packers game, and matt hasselbeck tried to jump on to the huddle and the huddle moves.
