The original Bomb Iran parody of "Barbra Ann" by the Beach Boys was done in 1979 after revolutionaries stormed the American embassy in Tehran, blindfolded all of the people working there and paraded them through the streets, followed by holding them as hostages for 444 days.

I remember it well. We ALL wanted to bomb Iran at the time.

There was another parody at the time called Ayatollah, done to the song of "My Sharona" by The Knack.
