Firstly, Nice legs. Lucky :)

If you were to wear a skirt, wear one that cuts just below the knee because you have nice calfs but your knees are a little bony.But dont go for all that weirdy long skirt nonsense. Like a floaty skirt just where your knee ends.

Basically any trousers will look good (Y)

the best thing you can do foryour legs is calf raises.  That would give them a little more shape but other than that you are fine, by the way calf raises can be done in the home and as you get stronger you can add weights into the equation..

Woah you've got LONG SKINNY legs! I don't honestly see blotches but If you think you do, try a tinted moisturizer, maybe.. st. ives? Just put it on your legs and they'll be an even tone. As for what you wear, you shouldn;t be afraid to show off your legs! So where whatever you'd like! [:
