Fur is scaring me?

i heard horrable fur stories im petrified when i see fur thats real. should i get counciling about this it keeps popping up in my mind

ya fur is bad.. animals killed cruely for one purpose... and one purpose only.. its terrible...

seeking councilling wont help.. just make better choices yourself.. Dont wear fur and educate others about being compassionate so they dont wear it either..

Leather - on the other hand.. is ok to wear since the cattle are killed for food anyhow so the leather is a by-product...

interesting COTTON is cruelly made.. a whole sea (the Aral Sea) was destroyed to grow cotton... and other fabrics are made at factories that pollute

best thing you can do.. clothing wise.. is shop at second hand shops - some have really great stuff.. even new....

you are not contributing to the problem when you buy used..

Yes, you should.  An article in the S F Chronicle the other day talked about the demand for real furs going up for the 4th year in a row.   It mentioned that in Minnesota alone, there are 12 new mink farms, and 2 farms that raise red foxes.   The demand, according to this article said that demand was up 40% over the previuos year.
