I have 2 Ruud Achiever 90 Plus gas furnaces. Units were installed in 2004. One unit flames out after ignition and just prior to the fan kicking in. Confirmed gas valve is functional by switching out valves. Check all wire connections. Could it be the remote sensor or another 24 volt sensor at the IFC that is locking out the gas valve?
