Furry feeling in the back of my throat?

i know this sounds weird but i have this "furry" feeling on the top of my mouth in the back of my throat. there is nothing there that i can see. i am thinking allergies (post nasal) ?? also like a dr if a dentist says i need 5,000 worth of work done should i get a second opinion, or is it usually the same findings. thanks

well if you were just smoking pot thats one of the side effects but i dont think it was that.....drink alot of water and wait a while. maybe itll go away....
