Further to my question - How can i be sure it is meant for me?

thank you pianojangee for you reply to my previous question. Further to my question (How can i verify if the H1B approval notice that i have been sent from my consultant is a legitimate one and not something he has duplicated to get money off me?) The approval notice contains my name and approval number but how do i know if this is not something that the consultancy had faked/editted as they have said they will send me the originals only after I pay. what number should i enter in the USCIS website to get the information? Also, I am working in UAE and the consultancy filed for me and I had not signed any forms for the filing but i had sent all my certificate copies and details.
