Further to my question on the notification of USD500 cash prize from Yahoo. It is from Yahoo by the bill.?

The bill is to pay to Yahoo to subscribe as a premium member USD8. 75. This is how I become a premium member. If that site is not from Yahoo then how would I got a membership? These are from the same site from the email of the winning notifiaction where I was ask to pay from the link provided in the email.. admin@mail.yahoo.com... I certain this is from yahoo. So yahoo has to clarify this matter. If that email not from yahoo then how I got that membership from?
