I am about to be married in 2 months and me and my fiancee want to move out of the U.S to Fiji.. after I saw the movie The Blue Lagoon I was destined to move there.. So here is a few questions I would love answered..?

1. Do Fijans speak English?

2. Are the people friendly

3. Can you live by the beach

4. Is the crime rate high..?

5.What is the climate like..?

6. Is it a great place to start a family..?

7. Is there schools, if I do start a family.?

8. Is it a safe enviroment for my family.?

the blue lagoon is my favorite movie in the world. FIJI is not in the Caribbean, it is in the pacific by like australia and the maldives, etc. i would not live there, it is one of those places you should visit for months and months, but not permanetely live.

have you been to Fiji?

its not all like you see in the movies

there has also been a fair bit of political unrest there in recent years

maybe you should visit first
