Future journalist...does this meet your journalistic standards?

In the last paragraph: McClellan was ordered to say that White House aides Karl Rove and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby were not involved in leaking Plame's identity. Later, a criminal investigation revealed that they were.

What does this say? Does it say that They leaked the name? It makes no mention that Richard Armitage revealed the name?

Do you think this meets journalistic standards?

  1. It says Rove and Libby were involved in the leak. Period. You can get into more of the story, but there's no real need to do so. That's not part of the point of the paragraph.

    Sounds fair enough to me.
