Future of sector 46 noida?

Question

how is the location(in context of residential purpose) , any big commercial market or a shopping complex comin its way, and i request to submit as much knowledge as much you know bout the sector, i really wnt 2 kw bout the sector . plz post as soon as u see dis, thnx in advance

The future of sector 46 is quite good. There is huge area in front of block "A" earmarked as commercial. The noida authority is also making some development in the sector i.e. cumunity centre has been sanctioned. In fact this will be the first in NOIDA with basement parking facility. The parks are also being developed. After say 2-3 years, this sector will emerge as one of the best sectors of noida.

the location of sector 46 is very good . the new project named as GARDENIA GLORY is coming up which will increase the prices of the plots and properties of the sector. the market of this sector will be soon coming after these projects will start.
