Future of study with Botany!

Question

I am studying with Botany in honors level. Like everyone, I am thinking about my future as to what prospect I can make after completion of my study. Please leave your valuable comments.... Ani

Unless you want to be strictly a plant taxonomist you will need to use your botany degree with other sciences like genetics (crop and plant breeding), chemistry (biochemical research), ecology (wildlife preservation and restoration), zoology (pest control) and so on.  The more rounded you are in all of these areas will determine your employ-ability in the job market.
