F(x)=1/x-5, x>5; a=3.Find g(x), where g=f^-1. State the domain and range of g. Calculate g'(a).?

the f^-1 is the inverse function, wasn't sure how to type in. Thanks for your help.

  1. y = f(x) = 1/ (x - 5)

    x - 5 = 1/y

    x = 5 + 1/y

    x = g(y) = 5 + 1/y

    domain of g = all y except y = 0

    g'(y) = - 1/y^2

    g'(a) = - 1/a^2
