Fye zune exchange for xbox arcade?

yea i had an xbox 360 broke so i bought a zune at fye and have a warranty i think its u can rturn ur zune in a matter of 90 u get credit right i opened the zune my bro bought a ipod bro target and it was opened used for 20 days and he returned it so would it work for me my mom will give 90 bucks to get my xbox 360 included with my zune will this work? thanks :]
