The Russian defender is looking forward to the new Russian Premier League campaign after making a move from Spartak Moscow.
Terek Grozny has won the race to sign Spartak Moscow defender, Fyodor Kudryashov, during the ongoing summer transfer window, despite interest from a host of other European clubs.
However, neither the clubs nor the player has revealed the length of the contract or the transfer fee involved. If speculations are to be believed, the Chechens have reportedly paid five million Euros for the versatile defender.
The 25-year-old player is expected to feature in the upcoming Russian Premier League tie against Volga Nizhny Novgorod at Akhmad Arena (Grozny) on Saturday.
Kudryashov has now become Spartak’s third signing this summer, with the club already signing the likes of Magomed Mitrishev and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Anton-Amelchenko-c6254, from Spartak Nalchik and Lokomotiv Moscow last month.
The former Krasnodar player, who started his professional playing career at FC Sibiryak Bratsk, has expressed his delight after moving to Terek from the Moscow-based club, saying that he will prove his worth at his new club.
Media reports in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nacional-c39984 showed an interest in the Russian defender. Kudryashov insisted that he had other lucrative offers on the table. However, he joined the Grozny-based club in search
of first team football.
“For a long time there were negotiations, and until recently it was not clear that I can leave the club or not. I would not say it was unexpected. I have had two or three choices, but I wanted to join Terek. I talked with Cherchesov
and suggested me to think twice before making a move.”
“I've heard that everything is stable and well, in terms of funding, organizational solutions, domestic issues. I think that the team has to perform much better this year. The club wants to grow and end up at a better place this
season.” The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tom-c35214 Tomsk player was quoted as saying.
Kudryashov, meanwhile, assured the fans of helping the Russian outfit, insisting that there is a lot of hard work that needs to be done if they are to claim a decent spot on the league table at the end of next season.
