G.E. Fridge

Question

Have a G.E. fridge that runs continious............It will cycle off for 5 min in a.m.and then in afternoon cycle again. I've cleaned all the dust bunnies out of coils. And had a repairman out and he said all looks good. His advice was to monitor the elec bill. ( fine for him as he doesn't pay it ).
What do ya think????
