What is the worlds G force record? My friend pulled 11.3 in a f-15 on accident. He was a flight instructor for a f-15 and the student saw a bird and tried to dodge it and pulled to hard and pulled 11 g's. Both passed out and he busted some capilaries and a nut.

  1. There was a video i saw of an f/a-18 pilot at a show that lost situational awareness and slammed into the runway.  the TV said he holds the record for highest instant g's and living.  but i cant believe everything on TV. anyone know this crash?

  2. I can't answer that but I'm interested into how they made it out of that one. Did they regain awareness before it was too late or can the planes be remote controlled in the event that that happens?

  3. On Dec. 10, 1954 Col. (Dr.) John P. Stapp experienced the highest sustained G-force ever endured by man. He attained a then-world record land speed of 632 mph, going from a standstill to a speed faster than a .45 bullet in five seconds on an especially-designed rocket sled, and then screeched to a dead stop in 1.4 seconds, sustaining more than 40g's of thrust, all in the interest of safety.
