Whats the main purpose of appyling for a gun permit? WHat can you do with it? its not the same as conceled license?

  1. GA as in Georgia i assume. In Georgia no permit or license is required for a sidearm in your home , car, or place of business. ( one you own). A "permit" is only required for conceled carry. check here and click on any State to see the laws
