GAH!!! SPIDER!!!! EWWWW!!!!!!!! what type is it?

OKAY!!!! There is a spider outside my door to the balchoney and i love going outside there to sing and talk to my bf and best friend and to dance and ect. but there is a freakin HUGE spider outside!!!

its like 3 inches or 4 (including how long its legs are)((thats an estimate cause I am not going NEAR THAT SPIDER!!!!!!!! ))

it is black and its legs have stripes of red/orange and yellowish orange. Just wondering.....

What type is it!!!!????

In order to identify it I need some more information. Given that you are in North america, that spider is not dangerously venomous. If it is an orb weaver, it may as well be a banana spider. This spider is very large. Another possibility is that it is a wolf spider, but they are very drab. We can also rule out brown recluse(drabness). It is not dangerous. And there is no such thing as a flesh eating spider. That is only of scifi and fantasy.
