how do you make a profile on Gaia with scrolling?

if you know tell me plz.. a site/ whatever is used to make it

Sorry to say, but i really don't know. Maybe you should ask the user of the profile for info. (but i think he just hacked because i really don't know how to get my profile like that either. )
