GCSE's Question??????

i know my results aren't good but i got 4 c's in art, german, RE, & English lang. & a B in English lit. In my college you need 5 c's+ to do A-level courses. Does this mean i can do Alevels or is english lit&language 1 subject? thanks.

they are seperate because you got seperate marks.

English lit and lang are counted as 2 seperate GCSE's

in my school they counted them as two subjects

you still got 5 a-cs so you shoudl still be aloud to do any subject

they might advise you away from certain subjects such as german though. my spanish teacher tried to but i still said i wanted to do it so they cant say no.

i think lit and lang are considered one subject :(

They are be counted as 2 as you have two different grades. You can't have two grades for one GCSE.

They were also counted as 2 different subjects in my school.

english is a double award so ther both seperate
