GCSE accepted in PHILIPPINES to take nursing/PT?

hi everyone. I finished my GCSE LAST YEAR and passed most of my subjects but NOT all i got "D" in one of them.lol

What are the equivalent grades of GCSE to philippine grades?A*-D=?

Do i still have to take ALEVELS here in UK to STUDY nursing/PT in the philippines?

WHat are the required grades for GCSE for philippine schools?

AM i considered as a foreign student because I studied here in UK for 3 years?what are my requirement?

I desperately need an answer.Im very confused.
