GE ADORA DSS25KSRDSS FREEZER FAN NOISE

Question

This Fridge is 3 years old and recently started making noise when the freezer fan is running. I pulled the ice maker and rear inside freezer panel and discovered it was the plastice freezer fan that was the culprit. It stopped just as I had made this discovery. I carefully put everything back together to ensure the palstic panel did not make contact with the fan. I thought all was well for about 2 weeks and the noise is back. It sounds as if the fan blades are barely making contact with something. It sounds like a straw in a bicycle spoke.
