GE Arctica Refrigerator?

Recently my refrigerator's water dispenser has been working nor the ice dispenser. The model of my refrigerator is GE Arctica PSS25SGNA BS. Basically it's not working and I don't know what to do.

Chech the electrical plug at the bottom of the freezer door. Mine was corroded, first the dispenser was sporadic, then it quit altogether. Saved myself $80 for a replacement board (that wouldn't have solved the problem)
