GE Dual Wave II microwave oven blowing fuse

Question

Combo unit microwave over conventional oven with all controls on microwave. I think it's a 1990 vintage. Oven still works okay. Microwave with new fuse installed lights go on and it begins to start up and then blows the fuse again.
