I have a Model TFX20JRBK WW GE side-by-side refrig/freezer. The thru-the-door ice dispenser often fails to allow ice cubes to go through. I can usually correct this by sticking my hand into the ice bin and moving the ice cubes around. All solenoids appear to be operating properly and outlet doors are opening. Water dispenses well and ice is crushed well (WHEN cubes drop into the blades) The cubes were initially smaller than when I bought it, 8 yrs ago, but I adjusted the water volume time to about 7 seconds and the cubes are now normal looking size. The auger turns, the dispensing door opens, but often no cubes come out till I correct it. Could the plastic wheel which dispenses the cubes be the problem? If so, what would the remedy be? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated - THANK YOU!
