A few weeks back i noticed my water and ice dispenser on my refrigerator was not working. Now the water is working and it is making ice, but not dispensing any. When i push down on the lever the light dims and it seems to shut off almost. When i let up on the lever the light seems to come on stronger and it sounds like something is starting like a fan. I have GE coming this thursday but would like to try to fix it myself before. BTW the ice door opens when you press on lever. It seems like the arm in the back will not turn. Thanks, Debbie
