GE JVM1450WA Microwave

Question

I changed the hood bulb on this model, and I did not unplug the microwave. This caused me to trip a circuit breaker. Upon putting a new light bulb in, I noticed that the light doesn't work. The microwave works fine except for the hood lights. Can you repair the smartboard and for how much?
