GE Profile Arctica Side by Side with ice maker and...

Inside the ice and water didpenser is a damper door that opens to allow ice to dispense. The seal on the damper is allowing air to enter the freezer compartment which in turn allows a build up of frost.
My question is how to get access to the damper disk to replace it
