GE Profile Ice maker/ Water Dispensor not working

Hello all. I have a GE Profile side-by-side and the ice auger does not turn, and the water does not dispense. The control panel self tests ok. I bought this used and just connected the water line yesterday. The fridge is cold, running for a bit over 24 hours, and it's making ice. Just won't dispence ice and no water, the only reason we bought it!
