Question:

GE Profile PDE18LBPRBS bottom freezer refrigerator...

Starting about 4 days ago, I noticed the refrigerator on my 4 year old GE profile was warm (a cream cake had fallen over and milk was not cool). A thermometer I put in showed 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Now the freezer is also warm at 0 degrees Fahrenheit. I opened the rear panel at the bottom and vacuumed the lint off of the compressor and fan. There is no ice on any of the components back there or in the actual freezer/fridge. The compressor/fan seem to be working and no unusual noises have been noticed by me or my wife. Any hints on what this could be?
