GE Profile TFH24PRSA dispenser station problem

Question

Hi,
My water dispenser no longer flows, but when I disconnect a union in the water line near the floor the water flows normally. It appears it is frozen in the door. Also I have been experiencing much more condensation in the spout area which results in water constantly being in the drain tray. Sounds like it is probably frozen solid in the door recess area? Some have said I need a Heater Recess part. If so, how do I remove the trim and recess to access the part? Thanks! - Ron
