GE Profile refrigerator side/side

Question

Is there a diagnostic active frt/control panel on these refrigerators.
Can you get any info from the digital panel as to what is wrong with the frig????????
Sometimes the freezer is 28' and sometimes it is 50' same with frig part.
Lights are all on and I can hear the compressor working, coils are not frozen. the front digital panel dosen't show power failure. Fans are blowing inside and there is no dust buildup any where as I clean it at least 3x a year when we clean behind the frig.
